My car was to high for the drive through and they refused to open the lobby. After watching the employees blow their noses and... then touch food without gloves or washing their hands from the window I decided to go elsewhere for breakfast. Why would I ever go back...If I have order with a kiosk. I'm only steps away from having to make my own food.. Plenty of people... standing around while I play cashier. No discount for my labor either. Read more
This mcdonalds under the new manager who isn't new has addressed all complaints and really has improved about 100 percent. Love... her attitude and winning leadership. She works morning shift to ensure your order is right and service is very quick. Read more
*Update 8/19/22 Ordered a 29 cent 1/4 pounder with the purchase of a full priced one. Was charged full price for both to my... credit card. I thought something seemed wonky when I asked for my receipt and was told by employee that printers were down. Theapp receipt shows the correct amount. TRIED to contact a manager the next morning and was told they was busy , so person thatanswered took my name and phone number and I have still not heard anything from a manager as of 8/29/22* On 8/11/22 I ordered a1/4 pounder with cheese thru app as a free item. Pull away from window , open box and take a bite. 1/4 pounder is not even warm.Appears to have been sitting out for some time. I am glad I didn't pay for it. Seems to be a ongoing issue with this particularrestaurant. I have never had a good experience and have heard other people with same response. Read more
Was going through the drive-thru, just wanted a large drink and some cookies. The drink they had ready. They asked just for a... few minutes so they can bake the cookies fresh which they did. Aside from waiting a few minutes for the cookies definitely nocomplaints at this time. Read more

The Drive thru often gets busy with both ordering lanes backed up. The staff does a good job keeping the lines moving. Often you... have an awkward wait at the order speaker waiting for someone to speak back to acknowledge that you are waiting. It is often abetter strategy to just park, order at one of the self-order kiosk and get your food more quickly than you would via the drivethru. Inside the store the dining room feels very fun and like a cool vibe to be in. It is a good place to get some work doneover lunch or just take a break from it all. Read more
