I prefer to drive a little further and end up at the McDonald's at 291 & Gudgel because it never fails every single time I come... to this location something gets messed up. This time it was my daughter's 6 piece happy meal that for some reason instead of aHappy meal they have me a 6 piece chicken nugget meal with a med fry and between a med and a small drink for more than the happymeal. I tried explaining to my 4yr old but how do you tell a 4yr old there's no box or toy. Come on McDonald's get it together. Read more
Having an issue with Mobile online ordering. They said i need a code and I didn't have it. But they are supposed to help us... figure out what went wrong. But they said they didn't know and I had to pay full price cause you cut get the deals in storenthat are online. Told me to call manager next day. Well that really made me mad. I was explaining what happened and she hung upon me. So I called back and she picked it up and layed it down and all I could hear was her talking to another girl andlaughing. So nothing has been done to fix this. And the app says after they check my order they put it in the register to pay.But the online app had me pay as soon as placed the order. So what can.be done here? I don't think i should have to pay the 7.38full price since they didn't know what to do with my online order which was 4.99. Mickey, The drive-through window attendant was extremely rude and proceeded to tell me the longer I set there the worse her time... got. I wanted to tell her that she shouldn't worry about her time and focus more on friendly customer service but there was nopoint. She was extremely Unpleasant and nothing but business but business when I tried to pay her a compliment. I definitelywill not be going back there if she is working. McDonald's should focus more on taking care of the customer and less on theamount of time it takes to get a customer through their drive-through. Is horrible overall experience. Read more
I came in around 12 pm and the lobby was quite full. I sat down at a table and plugged my phone in and then ordered at the... kiosk. Within five minutes my order was ready and it was fresh. The fries could?ve tasted a little bit better but I?m just pickyabout my fries. The staff was helpful and they even gave me four sauces when I asked for some for my burger. I stayed quiet awhile to let my phone charge up and wasn?t bothered or didn?t receive one ugly look my direction. Bonus points for the bathroombeing clean as well!!!! This particular location isn't in the area I live in. Stopped for a quick snack on my way home. The drive thru was very fast.... The young lady that assisted me was friendly and knowledgeable. I was most impressed with the quality of my sandwich. It was theperfect temp and tasted fresh. Overall a great experience. Read more
Born and raised in Independence, this is one of the best McDonald's. The atmosphere there is just absolutely fantastic. Every... single time we order their food is piping hot fresh, I mean Burgers literally straight off the grill, and the weight for thefries it is totally freaking worth it!
