The lack of urgency on the service part had me baffled, the window lady was busy with her cell phone and the guy that took my... order honestly didnt care if i ordered or not. A week before we all got 6 meals and 6 sierra mists, so when home the drinkswere without syrup or flavor, when we called for 3 days i gave up, it rings 11 times and hangs up on you. You should just close. You get 1 star for getting 1 item correct. Ordered chicken on the bone - got tenders. Ordered mashed... potatoes - got coleslaw. Ordered corn and got corn. My daughter chose kfc for dinner so my mom and I went in and was trying to figure out all that we wanted and even told them it?d... be just a bit cause we was still figuring it out. After a couple minutes one of the employees asked if we was ready in a veryrude tone and continued with that same tone the entire time. $48.00)( spent today at kfc, I ordered an #11 tender combo. 3 chicken breast, 2 chicken sandwich and more! All but our breast... were hot #11 taste as it's been sitting for hours and warm. Nothing we had was worth the visit. Very sad since it's been a longtime since my family has eating here. The service at the drive thru was also bad after I said one thing as I was talking hewould say is that all in the middle of me talking. Our whole orders sucked, I got thirteen fries with my order cold as well..How is that for a family to eat out. Should've just made it home. The biscuits were even cold and dry. Sorry I remember betterfrom KFC. Don't call the customer service number you'll automatically be put on hold over 15 minutes listening to music then ithangs up on you. Nasty dry old not edible food my 3 year old autistic non verbal daughter choked on their chicken was so dry ... Attended this kfc on 8/29/2021 at 8pm our food has Luke warm, hard, and half there. When I called and asked for a manager the... managers responce was "our food can't be cold it's kept in warmers" I asked that the food be replaced as it was cold, hard andhalf there. I could resolve this with him or call corporate it was up to him. He said I could call back and speak with the GMtomorrow. I asked for his name and the managers name and he hung up on me.
