The lack of urgency on the service part had me baffled, the window lady was busy with her cell phone and the guy that took my... order honestly didnt care if i ordered or not. A week before we all got 6 meals and 6 sierra mists, so when home the drinkswere without syrup or flavor, when we called for 3 days i gave up, it rings 11 times and hangs up on you. You should just close. You get 1 star for getting 1 item correct. Ordered chicken on the bone - got tenders. Ordered mashed... potatoes - got coleslaw. Ordered corn and got corn. My daughter chose kfc for dinner so my mom and I went in and was trying to figure out all that we wanted and even told them it?d... be just a bit cause we was still figuring it out. After a couple minutes one of the employees asked if we was ready in a veryrude tone and continued with that same tone the entire time.
