The food at this establishment is very delicious, well rendered, and provides a wide array of memorable flavors. The decor is... inviting, welcoming, warm, and vibrant. Very reminiscent of New Mexico, most notably Taos and Santa Fe. Tapestries and muralsline the walls and provide a sense of immersion into traditional Mexican scenery and landscapes. The design is thoughtfully andmasterfully appropriate for the style of cuisine being offered. The steak fajita plate, chimichanga fajita plate, and streettaco plates are all phenomenal interpretations. The chips are very crispy and tasty, while the salsa is just okay. The serviceis hands-on and accommodating, as the wait staff ensure order efficiency and customer satisfaction. The interior seating layoutallows for booth and central style preferences. Many windows offer ample natural lighting and a view of the parking area andthe hustle and bustle along a busy stretch of Noland Road. The overall experience is memorable, unique, and one-of-a-kind. OMG we are definitely coming back!! We're from Texas and come to visit family about once a year. I'm always trying to find some... good Mexican food and usually can't. But Hacienda Vieja has done it for me!! Denise, our server, was truly amazing and ready toanswer any questions we had. The food was beyond amazing! We literally ate everything in our plates. The scenery was not expected. They chairs was so very well detailed. Ireally enjoyed looking at them while eating. The food... tasted good. I have no complaints. I ordered the chimichanga it was big and covered in cheese dip. The waitress was nice shetook our order timely. They was very busy parking lot was basically full. The street tacos are good. This place has some amazing Mexican food. The prices are great for the amount of food you get. Not to mention it's very... delicious lol. This is a parillada option they have and this is what was left after chowing down for 30 minutes. You won't bedisappointed trust me.
