The ice cream is good but expensive. I went in with a buy one get one free birthday coupon today. It expires August 31st. It... says on the email. They charged me full price and told me it was only good for my birthday. The coupon said otherwise but theywouldn't do it. Now my reward is missing from my account. On 8/22/22 @ 4:30 pm, my wife and I went here for quality ice cream. The two workers couldn't understand what we were ordering,... so my wife pointed at the picture for them. She actually touched it with her finger so there was no mistake. We couldn'tunderstand them and he kept thinking we were talking about coffee. My sister just came home with my nephew's ice cream cake that she waited 5 hours after it should had been ready.
