Horrible! I asked 5 times if they had spicy tenders.. someone you can't understand works drive thru, so even though I asked 5... times I still got no spicy! I didn't get the biscuits I was supposed to.. this place is by far, hands down, the worst place togo to in this area!!! Don't do it!! They will never get your order right!!!!! Read more
Food is hot, everything is almost perfect, but we sat in that driveway for a good few minutes asking for SPICY TENDERS, and... after the back and forth we finally got the confirmation they had spicy tenders; YET I was still given regular unspicy tenders. Next time just say you don't... Your food is good enough you don't need to lie. How hard is it really to give someone thecorrect order? I work as a cook... Its not hard. So your store needs to try harder. I'm starting to think people who workfor fast food is incompetent, they can't read a order, can't give a correct order, or listen very well. The sides that we order was old... mashed potatoes Cajun Rice and okra chicken fried steak was cooked so hard it was ridiculous.... The biscuit was so hard if you threw it up against the wall it still wouldn't break sad I would never go back to that Church'sChicken ever again Read more

Drive thru gave me some good recommendations and I added an oreo cheesecake on top. Got myself a tender and shrimp combo.... Chicken tasted good and added some crunch for my munch. The shrimp was also nice. For $7 it was a good deal. The drink wasfilled to the top with ice. I only got like 2 swallows of lemonade from my large drink. The oreo cheesecake was adisappointment. I purchased mixed original and paid for it only received dark! The problem is I repeated myself and asked for the items. Well... once driving back about 20 mins . I found it was all wrong the drive along was a push then to not receive what I purchased ispoor customer service! Once you call in to report the mess I'm suppose to drive back to return the food!
