I've never seen a caseys with worse employees. store manager here needs to be immediately replaced if this location is to... increase customers and revenue. The fun and joy left this store months ago. To me, it's lookin' like there's individual clicks going on in this place. There's... tension in the air and it's palpable. The one female employee who took the time to show me how to use the app about 6 or 7months ago and was very pleasant and polite, has changed and isn't as fun anymore. My guess is the stress of this job isgetting to her. Hopefully, the joyful, family atmosphere that once was here returns soon, or this place is going to lose, (andmost likely already has), a lot of profit and customers. Read more
Been going to 23rd Casey's for 3 years straight every morning,everything was perfect when Mary was running it now you have to... wait on them to smoke cigarettes and tell stories before they make pizza. So I don't go there anymore. Smoke em if you got em Iguess. Read more
We love Casey?s pizza, especially the taco. Ordered it tonight and had it delivered. When it got here, it was missing its... toppings, the best part, in my opinion. Also, there was no sauce. When I called the store, I was told, ?yea?we didn?t have anytoppings chopped up.? Really!? I asked to speak with the manager and was told to bring the pizza back. There was a reason we hadit delivered and I was unable to take it back. No apologies, no offer to make it right the next time. Very disappointing. Read more
I just left the store on 23rd where Kim and Karissa helped me with my breakfast pizza and a special request on it. Karissa didnt... care my request was wierd to make a M out of cheese on top of my pizza lol. As i was waiting Kim said " while you wait do youhave rewards?" I said no. She then said" while you wait,you have time to set it up and it will free pizza if you order 10". She helped me set up the app, explained to me how it works and even showed me the summer rewards scratch and play to get morepoints on the app. I left very happy from there seevice. Absolutely disgusted by how I was treated at this establishment. Zero customer service, ZERO RESPECT. Extremely rude they... treat customers like they are just beneath them. I'm 35 years old & was carded I have a plastic ID but its expired. I went & gota new ID about 3 weeks ago & was given a temporary paper ID until the new one arrives in the mail the older woman who wasrunning the cash register said she couldn't take the plastic ID due to being expired so I got my new paper temporary ID out. Itspaper & she couldn't get it to scan so refused to complete my transaction she was so very rude & disrespectful throughout theentire transaction. The person behind me which looked younger than me apparently is buddies with the employees & wasn't evenask for ID. Customers are what keep your doors open & we should be treated with respect & basic human decency. I will becalling BBB about how this store is ran. If they know you & they're your buddy they treat you completely different. Can't growcustomers if your just awful to people that randomly stop in just bc were not your buddy. Read more
We have always loved Casey's Pizza over any of the other Pizza Stores/Chains. Even though we have to drive 15 minutes to... pick it up. This past Sunday we ordered two pizzas as we always do. The Taco Pizza and the Original MeatGalore Pizza. We even tried the new flat bread crust on the taco pizza. We must say both pizzas were absolutelydelicious. The taco pizza on the flat bread crust was really excellent. One of the best taco pizzas we have ever hadfrom Casey's. Read more
This is the worst Casey's I have ever been to. A man named Nick answered when I called about my online order and continuously... inturupted me while I talked multiple times and become rude. Then claimed he was a kitchen manager. If he is you should probablylook into getting a different one that knows how to communicate with customers respectfully. Read more
