I waited to pay at the window but no one came so I pulled up & they just gave me the food and I was like ?am I supposed to pay... you or???? Then lil old lady caught an attitude with me for some reason ???? But I shoulda, woulda coulda had a free dinner forthe fam that night if I wasn?t honest. Waited in the drive thru for 30+ min just for the guy to put multiple things wrong when ordering and didn?t change it at the... speaker when I corrected him. Got to the window and tell him it?s wrong and he assures me it?s fixed. I get my bag and none ofmy order is correct I didn?t even get the food I ordered and when I came back to get it fixed the whole crew was outside withwomen I watched walk off the street up to them and started smoking (while the drive thru was 7 cars deep) Will not be comingback ever. There are no more good Burger Kings anywhere. This place is no exception. I only got half my order, and they don't pick up the... phone when you call to let them know. I know I should check my bag before I leave and I normally do, but I was distracted andforgot. The sausage was super salty and they were out of croissants, so I opted for the sourdough bun. The tater tots were soggyand not crispy at all. I keep hoping one day BK will get back to burger glory, but today isn't that day. Read more

They don't deserve 1. I was there tonight and Daniella the manager was on phone taking order, paying, i said she should pay... attention to the customer. She screamed at me, I asked for refund she said ok the had another lady tell me i wasn't getting mymoney or food and they called police. I called there corporate # and they stayed on phone with me on speaker as i went backthrough and toldthem on speaker corporate was on phone and they needed to process my refund she said to pull forword then shelock window again. Corporate had me call police. Still wouldnt give me my money and i had to come back tomorrow and talkwiththe manager. So basically they stole my money, i got no food, and have to go back to see if the manager will refund mymoney. I will mever eat at Burger King again because of this. Awful. Read more
