Wanted to get whole pretzels they were out and not making more so we tried thier pretzel bites regular and cinnamon sugar both... nasty and overcooked took 1 bite of each and threw away. Definitely not worth 16 dollars. QuikTrip pretzels far exceed thisplace and for 10 dollars less I know we're I'll be going not here. Sad use to be good and now just trash. Read more

Do not I repeat do not attempt to pick up a GrubHub order from this location they totally ignore you for 20 minutes and they... serve everybody else that comes up to the line and helps them and gives them fresh food and you're just standing there and yougo up a couple of times and you ask hey what's going on with that order but they just ignore you and continue helping otherpeople that are not delivery drivers so I hope this helps people when they decide to order deliver delivery from Annie Ann's Read more

I went there on my moment of a break at the mall, I'm a manager on duty at one of the stores at the mall. And ordered a pretzel... bites like I always do with a mall employee sized drink. They didn't give me icing with mine for some reason so I asked for itshe told me that it didn't come with it. Its always come with the cinnamon bites before. ????
