This is a franchise. The owners and there family members work in the store. I Remember how Subway used to be years ago and... Subway the brand has changed allot. There quality has diminished. I had not had Subway for a while but when I came here theowners where from another country which is not a problem but with there broken English and there poor attitude they came acrossas very rude. Customer service with a friendly face should be a priority when your dealing with customers because if it's notfor us you do not have a business. Okay moving on to quality. The quality of food was poor. What I mean by that is thatthe veggies and the meats did not come off as fresh. The bread was cold and old. The price of Subway has gone up and qualityhas gone down but this place is selling leftovers. Furthermore. This store alone also skimmped me on toppings. I asked forpickles they gave me three pickle slices on a footlong. And so on and so forth with every topping. My sandwich was half asthick as it should of been. I paid the high price and got basically bread.. needless to say I have not ever gone back. I donot recommend the Subway anyone going here. If you do decide to eat herebest of luck to you and you have been warned. I willnever go back. Read more

Stopped in about dinner time on Monday, Memorial Day. They were out of Italian bread which I'm sure is their biggest seller but,... no biggie. Sub was made quickly and was tasty. They're set up to accommodate Covid-19. Read more

I've had issues with this store before but figured I'd give them another chance, but never again. Stay away from this Subway! ... Easily, the worst subway I've ever attempted to dine. I hate giving bad reviews, but if I don't then I'd feel bad that othersrecieve this horrible service. 1. Tried ordering online, but many of the foods and breads available at all other stores are notavailable for Online ordering at this store for some reason. Strange, but all good I'll just call. 2. I call them up on thephone only to find out it's not possible to pre-order over the phone. 3. After getting the order from the family I'm off tohis Subway. I walk in and met with an individual that took their sweet ole time getting up out of the chair. Really, itliterally took the guy more than 2 minutes to get out of the chair after watching me come in. Ok...whatever I guess . 4. Iorder a Smokey Steak signature Wrap, but they didn't have the mesquite sauce therefore no sandwich.. Employee says well we canstill do steak and I explained it's no longer the signature sandwich without the Guac or mesquite sauce. He acts as if hedoesn't understand. 5. I ask for my other 3 sandwichs which was 2-turkeys on Italian bread and 1 Spicy on Honey. I learn thatthey've ran out of Italian Bread. Yeah, the most basic bread they don't have about 2 to 3 hours before closing time. At thispoint I'm really aggravated. 6. I conceded and change the bread to something they do have, but while dressing my sandwich withveggies I realize the tomatoes. They were more yellow/orange/pinkish and not good at all. 7. After all these issues I'mfinally ready to pay and the man has no clue how to use the electronic app for payment. I try to explain that it's possible topay through the app and it works and at some point he realizes and payment went through. 8. The guy was extremely hard tounderstand. This is the worst location I've been to. The owners, who also work there most days, are extremely rude. Mainly the wife who is... always sitting outside on her phone and acts like you're bothering her when she has to come in and take care of a customer. Theyput the bare minimal meat and toppings on my sub and when I asked for 2, literally 2 more banana peppers on it since she onlyput 3 on a foot long, she looked and me, sighed and shook her head! They want you to pay the extra $ for a "Deluxe" when youjust want the normal amount of toppings that is supposed to come on it to begin with! This is one of the worst stores I've ever been to. Bread is good, but is the only good thing. Veggies not fresh, often out of... them completely. They are the stingiest people on the planet, do NOT ask if they can throw a few more pickles or peppers on,and they count the olives. I wish I was kidding. They actually get loud!! "NO! That is how much you get!!" You get the distinctimpression you are being a bother just by being there, customer service is non existant. Even worse if u bring a coupon orfrequent customer stamp card. They won't give those out, btw, so if you go you better have one already. But it makes them verymad, and they often turn to the other and speak angrily in another language, like you're an idiot and don't know they arecomplaining about you. Ridiculous. The woman, when she's not on her phone ignoring you, literally rolled her eyes and sighedloudly when I brought mine and just threw it back at me when done.
