It was typical McDonalds on the service was very slow. I will say that both the quarter pounder and fries were hot.
Cold food and fries. The order was correct so added a star. It was super busy and had to wait but understood the wait. Food... was not tasty though and indoor drink area was very messy. No sweet tea, only unsweetened. With apologies to overwhelmedstaff. Read more
Seriously the WORSE McDonald?s in the ENTIRE Tri-State area! And really who hasn?t been to a thirty different McDonald?s in this... area in their lifetime?! I?m not trying to be a jerk. I have given this place multiple chances, because fast food is a HARD job.I did it way back when, it?s fast paced, utter chaos, & unfortunately there are individuals out there that are unnecessarilyrude & look down on the workers. It?s an honest living. Stop looking at these workers as beneath you. Sorry mysoapbox. Regardless, this place is a disaster!!! I consistently have to wait, correct my orders, & get food that is not evendone correctly. I even literally today received a steak, egg, & cheese bagel that was not wrapped properly bleeding grease allover the bag onto my truck seat. (Which okay I have leather seats I can wipe it up, but that is not my point on the matter.) Iburn more gas getting an order corrected or waiting than this food is even worth. While I was sitting there (AGAIN because itis a usual thing to do here) this morning I was watching others pull into spots carrying their food back inside. So I KNOW I amnot wrong or unreasonable. Today was my last straw for this particular location. I will save money driving to Taylor Mill thantrying to always straighten out the mess I get at the Independence location. If it wasn?t for my 15 year old loving McD?s somuch, I?d actually be done with the whole franchise. Oh, what we do not do for our children. ???? The quality and conditions of the food we have been getting is disgusting and unacceptable!! I might as well have just handed... them money and left because we was unable to even eat it. After telling them about the food the first time it then came out fora second time even worse. Needs something done because it's getting worse each time. We wait a month or so and try again but itnever changes!! We use to really get good service here up until a couple years ago. I would upload the photos of the food wereceived but I see they don't give a option for that of course. Read more
Just loving it. Nice and clean. Family friendly atmosphere with comfortable seating. Condiments and beverages easily within... reach. Easily seen from road. All the services one expects from McDonald's. Definitely a repeat. Highly recommended. Great forchildren. Do not pass on this. Read more
