My significant other went through after work for lunch and brought me home a sweet tea. Either they did not wash the darn... container or they mixed it with old tea or something because it was SOURED! Bleh! Also, the slowest drive thru in history andhas been since before covid. Really need better employees! Fix this restaurant and I will fix this review. Read more

Ordered a plain dqp meal plus bacon and ketchup with a coke and McFlurry at kiosk, managing to get my order in ahead of like... ten dudes from a work crew or something. Took about ten minutes and I got my food but no drink. Coke is down. Over next tenor fifteen minutes I ask for a different drink, a cup of ice, even just a cup so I can get it on the loves side. Get more orless ignored as the big group crowds around the counter and jabbers at them in broken English while three McDonald?s certifiedrocket scientists alternate between trying to fix the coke machine and fix the drink orders of this group that ordered after me. So after about half an hour of waiting for my hilariously overpriced ?fast food,? I finally get them to just give me a hi-c andgo back out to my truck. ....where I discover that instead of a double quarter pounder with bacon and ketchup I?ve got a driedout Big Mac that looks like all the components sat under the warmers half the day before they absolutely slathered it in somedisgusting coleslaw-like mixture of Mayo and lettuce bits. Manage to salvage the patties and eat those - the buns are beyondsaving, saturated with Mayo, eat my cold unsalted fries, then go for the McFlurry which has mostly melted by this point. Aaaaaand the bottom promptly breaks on the cup dumping all the liquid down my shirt and pants and seat, with enough to overflowonto floor of truck. So... you know, I guess marginally worse than the usual Truckstop fast food experience. Glad to seethey?ve kept jacking up prices while abandoning any notion of quality or service over last couple years. Read more
This place is bare bones. Its self service. You have to use a kiosk to order. The food came out cold. The cheese wasn't even... melted on the burger. The guy working acted like it was a chore to get me 2 packs of ketchup. There were no straws, or ketchupin the public holders and you have to wait at the counter 5 plus minutes to get a refill. The only good thing that I can sayabout it is that its clean. The service, and food SUCK! Read more
