This place wasn?t it for me. Stepping inside we felt uncomfortable. The seating in the back next to the trash made it clear that... we were better off leaving after getting our food. While eating my sandwich there was a partially broken toothpick in each halfof the sandwich. A health hazard thank goodness I wasn?t in a rush to scarf down my food. Read more
This is by far the best place in IB to have early morning breakfast. We had the Parfait and Chipotle Bueno. Parfait was made... with absolutely fresh fresh fruits and the best i have ever had. Chipotle bueno was just as tasty. People here are warm andwelcoming. Service was excellent. Read more
I just LOVE this place. So adorable and other places in IB should take notes from this place. It has honed in on something IB... needed. Fresh and local and Did it right. Its hard to not like what's going on here. I've been coming here intermittently sinceKaty opened her doors and frankly the new ownership is doing just as good if not better. The simple attention to detail is muchappreciated. The lattes are just gorgeous, and I love to just step in for a quick bite and drink. Read more
Katy?s Cafe is a short walk from the main entrance to Imperial beach. Probably the only places thats opens early (6am). Service... is quick, coffee is good and the place has a nice ambience. Read more
Definitely underwhelming. A little bit grubby (had to wipe down our own table). Food edible but not exactly delicious. Seating... arrangements and furniture could be significantly improved (entire corner by front door taken up with old table/counter withfood preparation equipment stacked on it). Pleasant staff. Definitely won't be back. Read more
