I've changed my opinion I went to the Imperial location. We had sandwiches four days ago... I got food poisoning, sick for 3... days. I'm done with their food. Yeah, I don't know what happened, but no more from that location for me. My health is moreimportant than lazy employee's not caring if customer's get sick. Don?t order through the mobile app. The order comes out wrong or they never received the order. You?re better off walking in and... getting your meal. Service is always good when we go in. Read more

I ordered two meals online, one of the sandwiches was completely missing any of the veggies and sauces ordered, and there was... only half of a scoop of meat. The second meal was completely missing any chips or soda. I don't know if the worker was new, butI'm definitely not coming back. Edit: Honestly, the best experience I've had here is "meh" the worst has been this. Thesandwiches were just horrible. 4 workers on one shift and 3 f--k up during my visit today when there were only 2 customers in store. First i ask for a 6" honey... oat sub on tuna. A girl comes and starts to stock the chips between me while im taking my order. Rude. Then the girl making thesandwhich doesnt put tuna in it. It gets marked as a "veggie delite sub". (Not what i asked for at all) And girl number 3 ringsup the order and shorts me $10. I count it in front of her and show her im short she recounts it and tells me im wrong. I toldher to count it again and THEN she realizes her mistake. Thank god i asked for my receipt, these people are so dumb. Got homeonly to see my sub was missing my tuna. Called the complaint line and the woman who answers laughs at me and tells me if i goback they will remake it and got hung up on. Why should i waste my time & gas for YOUR mistake? I was nice both times bc i workin the food industry too but now im venting bc this is f--king ridiculous. Complete idiots work here. If you go here, pay withcard, ask for your receipt and check your food before leaving the store! Read more

Usually there's always a long wait, today I got lucky no one was in line. I asked for a classic cut Spicy Italian. I had both... girls look at me like what is that. I pulled out my phone had them watch a short video on it. I have to say I was moreentertained watching them pull it off. So it wasn't the greatest visually, however It tasted great. Whenever we have a coupon, they never seem to know what to do with it. They can't ever seem to process it right. It is very... frustrating. Sandwiches are decent though. Read more
