Atmosphere still reflects heavily of pandemic times...slow to go back to over bustling eatery inside. Line of cars outside was... none stop Food was hot, not overcooked.. fries little Xtra salty. The meal was cold again not freshly made, just set on the warming plate very disappointed it's happened too many times I'm done... I probably won't be eating there again. Plus I don't understand why you can't serve breakfast at a later time not everybody getsup at the same time some people work nights so their breakfast time would be lunch time. The drive thru line is usually around the building so plan on waiting a long time. Parking is terrible too because of the drive... thru. Staff is hit or miss. Some are great. Others are very rude and ignorant. On the plus side, they've never said the icecream machine is broken there! Read more
Always a good place for a quick bite food was nice and hot. Unfortunately, they don't stay open long enough for walk-in... customers to be able to order. So unless you have a car, your SOL for getting food outta the Ilion location. I, myself, preferto eat supper at a later hour. So I'm stuck going to Subway next door. And that gets old quick, but still good food. Read more
Unfortunately almost every time I come here now for lunch or dinner, the fries and/or nuggets are ALWAYS cold.. why is that??..... They wonder why I started requesting the food "fresh"... Some friends of mine have requested it like that too... I don't get itwhen their voice changes over the speaker when I say "fresh", as if they're completely oblivious that the food IS NOT FRESHALMOST EVERY SINGLE TIME..I cannot be the only person this happens to, so I just don't understand. Point is I'm not paying forcold food on the go.. I used to love coming to this McDonald's but it has gone downhill over the past 3 months.
