I'm not sure what's going on with this place there was at least 8 workers there today and they still couldn't keep up. the... doughnut selection and quantity is not great. The line of customers waiting for orders inside was ridiculous, same with vehiclecustomers backed way up. I stopped going to Dunkin a couple years ago because they couldn't get orders right and figured I'dtry again and it's even worse. If you want something from this location place your order on the mobile app!! The last 3 times I've been and ordered at the... window, because an option my husband and wanted isn't available on the app, they have completely fouled up my drink. I don'torder a complicated drink and somehow it's never right. Maybe their speaker needs maintenance so they can hear customersclearly? Order online and you'll have zero problems. Read more
I?m not sure what happened to this place in the last couple years. I work in retail so I?m not one to judge if you?re having a... bad day and tend to be a little on the annoyed side. I get it, we all have those days. However, everytime I come here unlessit?s early in the morning when they first open, because there?s one woman there in the morning who I believe has worked therefor a while, is always so nice and talkative. Anyway, the employees do not care at all. My girlfriend came here one day to pickmy coffee up so I wouldn?t be late for work (because the wait is ALWAYS long) while I was getting ready.. she didn?t show up foran hour and a half waiting for ONE coffee. She said that was the worst experience she?s ever had at that place, and thatmultiple employees were grouped together behind the counter talking and laughing while there?s a line wrapped around thebuilding for the drive through and a line probably close to coming out the door inside. She said if it wasn?t for me, shewould?ve just left and I would?ve been okay if she did. I understand customer service is a difficult field to work in, but it?snot that bad to where it?s CLEAR that you don?t care about any of your customers and what they think of the place. This place is awful has a bunch of over payed employees that get paid to mess peoples orders up. How do you mess up a grilled... cheese, bread was frozen and the cheese was fresh out of the cooler too. Not even heated up. If I wanted a frozen sandwich Iwould have went to mirabitos. Awful Read more
Surprised you don?t have a lower rating, I would leave lower then a 1 star if I could, not only did the manager on duty refused... to do a second order of food for the passenger of my vehicle, even after I kindly pulled my whole vehicle around the buildingand got back in line fairly, but on top of that, he was extremely disrespectful about the whole thing when I was noting but kindand cordial throughout this encounter, DO BETTER ILION DUNKIN, NEVER COMING BACK, something tells me your manager would ratherhave it that way thought! Dunkin? is always good. They always make good on their promise of good hot coffee in the winter and good strong iced coffee in... the summer or the other way around! They always give me exactly what I order, exactly like I like it. Good quality in all theirshops! Read more
