we've gone to this subway many times as its close to our home, all times we haven't been happy with the subs. never have i had... the sub cut all the way through, even though I've asked many times. bread is stale often, rotten lettuce on my sub. Barely anytoppings, and have to keep asking for more, more, more, just to get a normal amount of toppings. The girls working there arequiet speakers and can barely hear them, asked for them to speak up and didn't. wouldn't recommend this subway. Read more

I enjoy the food quality and the restaurant is typically clean. They need to hire/schedule more staff. I arrive to pick up my... app order 5 mins after scheduled pick up time, and 1/4 times the order isn't even started. There's no point in using the app ifthe order isn't ready because the app itself takes longer to organize & place an order vs just telling the staff what you want.The only advantage is coupons and saving time on pickup. I also notice every time the order isn't ready there is typically along line (especially at lunch) and I witness people leave the line before ordering. I can't imagine how much this restaurant islosing on orders and customers because people don't have 15 minutes to wait their turn to begin ordering a sub. NOT staff fault,clearly an ownership issue. I will start by saying Subway is my go to quick food spot. Has been for years. I normally have a great experience. This store... is a slight exception. As long as you order in store and monitor the making of your sub it is fine. Beware ordering by app. The staff have clearly been taught to ration toppings to maintain healthy margins. This is the only store I have been to wherethey dont load on the toppings. I am always embarrassed standing there saying "more, more, more" with every topping 3 or 4times. It is not a one time occurrence either. This has now happened on multiple occasions. Others I have bought subs for inthe past also noticed unprovoked. That is why I no longer order by app (seems worse using app as you cant see it being made). You get home and the thing is near empty. At one point in past I even had to point to a bare spot where I wanted some lettuceadded. Anyway, you have been warned. Oh and I have shared this feedback through surveys and I do get a response thanking me,explaining that staff go through extensive training. Anyway, nothing has changed. Read more

I was excited to attend the new Subway in Ilderton. Walking into the restaurant it was somewhat clean. On the counter where... the subs were being made some vegetables were missing obviously from a busy day. Being celiac I was encouraged to see that itoffered gluten free bread. Unfortunately as I watch the employees making the sandwiches I saw spoons, hands etc touching glutenand then touching other things. This also extended from seeing pieces of food in different areas overlapping containers intogluten containers. The service was fast and curtious. Due to the obvious cross contamination and 'attempt' to offer a glutenfree menu, this experience was unacceptable. #localguides Read more
