This location got our order wrong a couple of times. It was upsetting because we already got home and wouldn't drive back to get... it right. Incredibly rude staff, terrible customer service, missing items in order, terrible management. Message to owner: Discipline your... staff, compensate them better, and spend your time making sure customers are satisfied. I don't rate many fast food places but thought I needed to share a review for the Urbana location. We have been 4 times. There... is always an issue with our order. Mostly forgotten food items and the quality of the food is sub-par. Saturday night was thelast straw. Used the drive-thru and they forgot the fries. Then went inside to get the fries. Got home and they forgot oneorder of (3) Chicken Nuggets as well. This is the 2nd time this has happen. Once with me and once with my son. I spent $37 hardearned dollars for 3 people! The nuggets were hard and over cooked. I will never visit this location again. I will make thedrive to the Popeyes on Rt 85 in Frederick before going here again. Read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. not only did i have to go around the drive thru FOUR times for them to get my order right, and... they still messed it up, even AFTER the fact i went over the order TWICE before paying. They told me my card wasn?t working andthat i had to go around the line AGAIN, when my card was working perfectly fine, they literally just did not know how to insertthe card because it had a chip. they kept telling me each meal was $34 and i kept saying i didn?t ask for the family meal, asthey were ?almost $40? and this was coming from the MANAGER. also, the mac & cheese looks watery and tasted awful.
