"we don't know how to use the tracker system" I ordered online, and primarily used the online tracking system to monitor my... orders progress. I sat and waited for our food for an hour just to find out that the employees behind the counter don't know howto use a computer. I walked into an empty restaurant with all three employees sitting on their phones. Turns out my family'sfood was sitting on the counter for 56 minutes and not one of the employees decided to follow up or even attempt to contactus. Absolutely horrible service and no shame in the blatant incompetence and lack of training this JJ maintains. I demandedthey make the food again and refund our order. They still messed up the order and ignored the specifications we selected online. Read more

A lot of the times when I go here, the employees make my sandwich really fast and none of them are rude to people. I think this... place is good for small lunches and dinners when you can?t make anything. Read more

Excellent sandwiches, have to knock down a star for the introduction of paper straws (which are awful, please reintroduce the... degradable-plastic straws that you've had in the past). Read more

I don't understand the bad reviews I see. Maybe because there are a ton of entitled snobs in this area? I've always had great... service here and my online order is always ready when I get there. The one time my order was wrong, they compensated me for itwithout my even having to ask. Keep up the good work! Read more

Terrible service. NO MASKS by EMPLOYEES- Walked in and should have known what I would receive with the lack of music, signs not... being lit, etc. and not to mention the 6 high school aged kids in there all on their phones and laptops out as I was disturbingthem. Trying not to be a Karen? I ordered even though I thought it was odd that the signs all show masks required but the twoemployees working were the only ones NOT wearing masks. Needless to say I wasn?t in the mood to get into it with anyone in thestore so I ordered and then threw away my sub due to the lack of hygiene or customer service I experienced. Will never bereturning to this location again- sorry Jimmy johns this location did y?all way wrong. Read more

I went here during the day and the lights were off in the window, I thought the place was closed. I looked inside and saw... several employees just standing there staring at me. I walked in and was not greeted at all. One guy looked like he was aboutto fall asleep. I ordered my food and the cashier did not say a word. The food was prepared quickly. Overall, customer servicewas lacking. It was three younger males, I guess they looked at their job as an inconvenience. Read more

Meh, I just don't get the hype. It took over 30 minutes for my online order to be ready for pickup and all I got was a measly... "sorry for the wait" shrug. The sub itself was nothing to write home about. Honestly less than average. The bacon was thesaddest excuse for microwave bacon I've ever laid eyes on and talk about skimpy...literally one piece broken on half on my 8"sandwich. I have no intention of ever going back, there are much better sandwich places I'd rather patronize. Read more
