I don't understand the bad reviews I see. Maybe because there are a ton of entitled snobs in this area? I've always had great... service here and my online order is always ready when I get there. "we don't know how to use the tracker system" I ordered online, and primarily used the online tracking system to monitor my... orders progress. I sat and waited for our food for an hour just to find out that the employees behind the counter don't know howto use a computer. I walked into an empty restaurant with all three employees sitting on their phones. Turns out my family'sfood was sitting on the counter for 56 minutes and not one of the employees decided to follow up or even attempt to contactus. Absolutely horrible service and no shame in the blatant incompetence and lack of training this JJ maintains. I demandedthey make the food again and refund our order. They still messed up the order and ignored the specifications we selected online. Read more
