Great Bison. Burger lean meat so it was sizable even after cooking. Fries were a meal just by themself.
So good. Best burger in Idaho Falls and it isn't close. He will remember me I am sure (I got a double patty on the bison... burger). If you are a big eater like me I HIGHLY suggest doing it. Went there for the first time this afternoon at about 12-30. We ordered the Specialty Brisket loaded fries. THEY WERE... PHENOMENAL. Both me and my Fiance LOVED them. WE WILL BE BACK! We want to try the loaded philly steak fries next time. AWESOMEjob owners! Read more

Yesterday while visiting Idaho Falls for work I had the opportunity to give the Tailgate a try. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak... and some fresh cut fries. Philly cheese steak was very good. Generally speaking I'm not a fan of fresh cut fries for whateverreason. But I have to say these were very, very good. They were cooked perfectly and seasoned with the right amount ofseasoning. A lot of times people really load up on the seasoning on fresh cut fries and Nate definitely did not do that whichmade for a great experience. If you are visiting Idaho Falls or a local I would highly recommend giving Nate and the tailgate atry. It's very easy to get to. You can grab the picnic table right on the river and people watch, it's a fantastic experience.Highly recommended. Read more
I ordered loaded fries and a half dozen wings. The loaded fries tasted fine, but they were lukewarm at best so the shredded... cheese was awkwardly sitting on top unmelted. And the wings... not only were they over $2 each, but they smelled like fish thathad gone bad. They stunk. I thought there might have been fish in the same area they were prepared, but there was no fish on themenu. They were supposed to be garlic parm but they used the powdery shake parmesan, and they tasted terrible and felt like youhad sawdust in your mouth. Read more
