It's KFC. Pretty standard as far as the food went. HOWEVER, our cashier Ren went above and beyond with her guest service. ... Bubbly and cheerful, super helpful and so patient when we had a decision making disorder. She was the polar opposite of themanager on shift that night (Mike) who was incredibly grouchy, short-tempered, and negative with almost everything he said toeither his customers or his crew. Had it not been for Ren's fantastic attitude and cheery smile I would have rated this visitone star and would have been highly unlikely to return. Read more
The cashier was really nice and welcoming, but the food which is the point of the establishment, was immensely low. Ordering a... famous bowl, I got 85% gravy, soggy and clearly old corn, gammy chicken that had been cut into bits rather than popcorn chicken,and the potatoes lacked any decent flavor. Compared to other kfc's I would pass by this one and take your business elsewherethat does not smell of tobacco cigerattes. Read more
Not a great experience. Had two employees complaining loudly about their jobs in the parking lot at the drive though. Ok... everyone has hard days but don't yell about it where customers are waiting to order. Next ordered our food and all was good. Gethome and the Mac and cheese bowl ( seen on the receipt that it was put in correctly) and got a mash potato bowl. Ok thingshappen, but the potatoes were only semi warm and the chicken was soggy and had Next to no flavor. At least the fries andbiscuits were good. Hence the 2 star. Won't be going back. Read more
Chicken sandwich was good. Better than Burger King chicken sandwich I think
We wanted mashed potatoes, gravy, fries and some chicken tenders. We waited in the drive through line for close to thirty... minutes unable to leave. We literally could not go forward or backwards. I thought about driving over the grass but because itrained earlier in the day I was afraid of getting stuck. KFC held us hostage for 30 minutes. When we finally made it to thewindow I asked the worker if they had a time limit to get food out. He stated they did but that they had ran out of chicken!Kentucky Fried CHICKEN ran out of cooked CHICKEN! When I asked if we could have been served right away he said yes they hadplenty of tenders. I asked why they didn't have the person in front of us pull forward to wait in a spot he informed me theydidn't have enough staff to run things out to people. I honestly started to feel claustrophobic, unable to leave. The tenderslook nothing like the picture on the menu. They forgot our fries. When I went in to get the forgotten fries there were multipleemployees on their phones standing around.We will never go back to any and I mean ANY KFC. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. BUT the chicken tenders I paid $8 for, got 3 of them looked like this. About as... skinny as my finger. And my ring size is a 4. And they didn?t taste fresh, they tasted like they?d been sitting there for a fewhours. Disappointing to pay $8 and getting 3 chicken tenders the size of my finger. Also the Mac and cheese we were given wascold. Disappointing food experience here. Read more
We had to go through the drive thru because they had closed the dining room at 5pm. The girl that gave us our food was not... friendly at all. She clearly didn't like her job. The biscuits were hard as hockey pucks. Definitely not worth the wait in line. Read more
I went here a few times and the food is good and the employees are nice.. The only thing that I wish they would do is to add a... little bit more gravy to the Famous Bowls. Read more
