That was absolutely the worst "chocolate malt" I have ever tried! Even my 2 year old grandson wouldn't drink it. There was... weird gelatinous stuff in it and crush ice. I can't comment on any other drinks there. That was my first and last visit. #gross Read more
Use to love this place but my kids creamies are watered down and nasty and the attitude from the staff is horrible. I also have... a rewards number/ QR code and never get rewards points to my account asked about it and they don't know anything she was rude.Asked about different flavors because they didn't have the kids flavors up and the app wasn't working. They lady was insisting on tips and trying to shame in a polite way. However, I REFUSE TO TIP A SINGLE CENT FOR ANY PICKUP OR... DRIVE THRU. I was surprised by the audacity. Shame on you! Also, I need to mention, they are super slow for a drive thru. Andthe coffee is average at best for the price. Read more
I normally come here 1-3 times a week but no more After having to repeat my order 5 times watching the cars behind me get served... and yet again having to repeat again I wanted a kids chocolate milk I just gave up and drove off. I looked at my receipt andeverything was correct it was just 3 drinks no substitutes or additions. I was in line for over 20 minutes 10 of which were atthe window. I am disappointed and miss the old staff. I didnt even get my money back they didn't know how. So I hope you guysstealing 12 dollars from me was worth losing almost 20 dollars a week. Read more
