My daughter and I were at the mall and stopped by Jamba at 7:50. The girls said they were closed even though the hours say open... until 8. When I asked why they closed early they just laughed. I understand it can be frustrating when someone comes rightbefore close, but they do need to honor their hours. Please train your employees to be kinder. Read more

I get in line and have to wait a few minutes to get helped because the two girl employees were taking. Finally one starts to... approach the register without saying ?hi? or ?how can I help you? or anything, so I just proceed to tell her my order. Shewasn?t very friendly. As I?m waiting for my smoothie I see a gentleman stand there for several minutes waiting to be helped. Hefinally asks one of the employees if they?re closed because no one ever acknowledged him after him standing there for severalminutes.
