I had been to two other places for food and a shake. They didn't have machines working. I finally came to Jack in the Box and... they had just refilled the machine. They let me order a shake and they are going to bring it out to me when it's ready. Yes Ihave to wait but I am being taken care of and the young lady in the drive thru was very nice! Read more
Greedy franchise owner charges a TON for the food. It is not standard pricing, so once you get out of town you realize that you... are paying 2X more than all the other Jack in the boxes. Also, they charge for sauces even if you buy there overpricedsandwiches, and the shakes taste like cheap frozen whipped cream while charging $5 for a small. It sucks the same owner hascontrol over the one in Rexburg and downtown. Read more
50 % of every Sour dough jack and loaded breakfast sandwich is made right. The problem is that the individual who makes the... sandwich fails to add butter to the grilled side of the bread. I love that sandwich. I hate the Inconsistencies. When thatspclty burger on sourdough bread grilled with a equal amount of the ingredients needed to do it right., is the best burger thisside of the Mississippi.. So I would eat there more but only half of the cooks that works there gets it right. Read more
I think I've been to this Jack in the box about four or five times in the last few months. Every time we were served our orders... quickly and the staff is pretty friendly. It's absolutely got a huge dining area and they have awesome late night hours so younever have to worry about not making it in time before they close. Read more
I would do a negative star if it would let me.. I say look at photos then look what they advertise! I got chicken strips and the... salt content was unbelievable! The fries we ordered NO SALT!! WHAT A RIP OFF!!! They call that bacon ?!! This is my usual Jack in the box restaurant that my family likes to go to for either breakfast, lunch, or dinner time. The... food is always made fresh and most of the time our order is correct. My main complaint is every once in a while they addlettuce to my tacos when I ask for no lettuce. But, they get me new tacos made if they mess up. I've learned to check before Ileave so we get it right. The manager here keeps things running smooth and has been around for sometime and is very friendly. Read more
Woodruff location. 12/7/2022. 1:30 am. Drive thru person won't take multiple orders. Person at window is served and gone before... the person at the speaker is even had thier order takin. Sat in this line for 20 minutes before i even had my order takin. Thishas happened multiple times. People need to learn to multi task and take orders and serve orders at the same time. On top ofthat they are rude. Read more
