This place is amazing with its fresh baked goods. However, I was not impressed with the service I received yesterday morning. I... ordered a pumpkin spiced chai and a simple chicken bacon ranch without tomatoes or onion. My father was also there that morningand ordered a club sandwich with no vegetables. All was going well until 5 minutes go by. I thought of nothing but then 10minutes go by & I was questioning what was happening, but then I overheard one of the employees running out of a room sayingthey forgot our order. Frustrated we waited not less than two minutes later & then finally got our order. Even then, however, weopened our boxes and realized that they messed up our order and gave me the wrong sandwich. I am not disappointed in oursandwiches being wrong, but the poor management that morning. I love this place dearly, but I may resign from coming here againif this is the management that we are given.
