The lattes are usually very good, but can be inconsistent in both flavor and temperature. Service is slow as compared to... Starbucks. The outside music is a great idea, unfortunately a speaker points at the drive thru window making it hard toconverse with the bistro. The youngsters running the place are friendly enough. Read more

I absolutely love dutch bros but i am disappointed with the walk up service. I ordered and sat there for 30 minutes. I had to... get up and ask about my drink to find out it had been just sitting there. It tastes awful; completely watered down. The threecustomers in front of me also had to ask about their drinks just to find out they had also been sitting there getting watereddown. They prioritize the drive thru and dont pay attention to the walk up. I think it would of just been better to make coffeeat home then to pay for a watered down coffee. Read more
