So we went through and got some french fries and wanted fry sauce. When I requested it The Window Man Tim yelled at me and told... me I don't get fry sauce and slammed the window in my face. That's not cool where is his customer service? So I honked the hornreally loud until he came back very upset and I told him there was no fry sauce in the bag he then rolled his eyes at me andbecause the window again finally I was able to talk to his manager I believe his name was Jonathan and he gave us some fry saucebut Tim was obviously having a very bad day looks like he was going to go postal and people like that should definitely not workin the customer service industry. Felt hurried through the drive "threw". All the fast food places are using an app promo system that requires codes to earn,... codes to redeem and order and codes to make your way through the dang line. So my app or my phone rather has 5g but it must notknow what that was supposed to mean, because it's slower than 3g I'm certain. That being said I paid 22.00 for two meals andthey didn't even come with a soda...... You might find yourself fumbling with your phone to get the code off your app, thentranslating it over the speaker correctly and totally miss the best deals that are served with a soda. I later found that Icould have got the same 2 meals with a soda for almost half the price..... As much as I like a perfectly timed Whopper withcheese hold the pickle, I was disappointed in the pull away result. P.s. My wife requires 3 Ranch every time 3 Ranch packets.Every time they either don't or won't put it in the bag or maybe when I say "3 Ranch packets" it sounds like "can i get 3 RainJackets, please?" So it always requires a second loop through that drive thru experience or I've gotta go around to the frontget out and go in and get the Ranch. What's happened at some places I've got to then pay .50 a piece for the 3 RainJackets aswell, as if 22.00 for a couple of burgers and fries isn't enough to throw in some complimentary condiments and dang"SODA"........ I'm not complaining really I'm only portraying the repeat events and Yes Mr. The King I will be back, restassured, because I Love the Cha'king Chicken Sandwich hold that pickle with the sweet southerner sauce add extra tomatoes.......Mmmmmm so good! Came in to order food yesterday. They are sure busy at this location and continue to try their hardest even tho they are... obviously short handed! Kim took my order.... she apologized multiple times for the wait and when I got my food it was made justright! Keep up the good work!!! Read more

I've been to this place several times. While the service is not usually great, it's good enough, with the exception of this last... time. I ordered through the app and went through the drive-thru. After waiting 20 minutes. I get to the window and got just ablank stare. They didn't say a word. I had to initiate what I was there for. I finally got my order and pulled away only torealize they forgot my fries. It's midnight so I can't go in and had to wait another 15 minutes to get my fries through thedrive-thru. When I get to window, they just hand me a bag with fries. Not a word of apology or anything. When I left again, Ireached for a fry and they were cold and stale. Very disappointed! Read more

The best interaction I've had at this location. The person helping me was so nice and apologized for the wait due to being short... staffed. Even with the wait my food was hot and fresh and I'm very thankful to the crew working tonight. I know people aren'tpatient and fast food employees get treated like garbage for things out if their control but they were so sweet and kind eventhough people were being rude . Yall are great ???? It literally took an hour to get through the drive through with two people in front of us. The whole time sitting waiting to be... able to take our order they didn't say a single thing while we waited by the microphone for 15 minutes. When we finally got ourfood the employees didn't say anything to us they just handed us the food and closed the window, not even a have a good day.I've never had an experience this bad at a drive through ever. Who puts this ?lettuce? on a burger? That?s just wrong. And speaking of wrong, while I was there an employee was at the urinal... and went back to work without washing his hands. Could have washed them in the kitchen, but that?s not a chance I?ll be takingagain considering that I saw him shortly after exiting the restroom giving customers drink cups and who knows what else. Cha King chicken sandwich. A bit of a let down. But will try again. I mark this experience with worker laziness. This... sandwich has so much potential. I recived a TWICE DIPPED SANDWICH. Which basically means the breast was done But was DIPPEDin the fryer aging to heat up. This gives the breast a darker look heavy taste of oil and all around bad taste. So I was prettybummed.
