Very worth it I've been to a lot of sushi places since I've moved to Idaho from California and the sushi here was really good

We had a great dinner at Blue Hashi! First, if you?re a fan of seaweed: the seaweed salad is a great tasty appetizer to split... between two people. We tried the Kikkoman and Nagisaki rolls, and really liked both, but the Kikko was definitely ourfavorite! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Blue Hashi is the go to place for sushi in Idaho Falls. I like to start with edamame, the Hashi style edamame is really tasty.... My favorite rolls are the 2010, Bri, and the vision. The vision is different every time. It is fun to sit up to the sushi barwhere you can watch them make the sushi and chat with them. Read more

lived in IDF for most of my life, never been to Blue Hashi for whatever reason... My adult child was celebrating a birthday so... decided to take them out for sushi.. Blue Hashi was great. Wait staff was very attentive and helpful on explaining the variousrolls and guided us through our order. Rolls were great and a good size. Sad I have waited for so long to try them out. Read more

First time here we order Volcano rolls and another rolls but I forgot the name ???? they have lemon on top the rolls make my... bite so freshly. Volcano rolls is spicy but very good ???? I love salmon teriyaki with rice. Sashimi fresh and fair price. Read more
