Ordered online 12? steak and cheese at 5:55 pm with artisan flatbread at the schedule time for pickup 6:15 arrived at pickup... time and no sandwich. They said that they were out of artisan flatbread. Why didn?t they call and tell me that before I arrived.I see on receipt it has our phone number. So We told them what bread we wanted and then the sandwich was made. Wish they wouldhave called. So the online order wasn?t worth the time. It was faster to walk up to counter. Walked in at 8:55 door was unlocked worker walked out told us they dont open until 9. Which was fine waited 5 minutes ordered... our sandwiches, I wanted a subway club was told there was no roast beef which there was because I seen it in the cold case. Wewanted another sandwich cold cut meat was in the back so we had to wait. Vegetables were frozen and lettuce was brown. Didnthave olive's banana peppers or jalapenos. This has been the 5th visit in a row within two months that this location has been out of my different choices of bread, choices... of condiments, and choices of vegetables. There should be a better plan to order ahead so NEEDED sandwich items are not goneduring the non-busy times. Not only can I not get both me and my husband a sandwich for lunch, I then so have to go home or buycondiments at the store to finish our sandwiches. I am gonna drive another 20 minutes to the next closest Subway. Disappointedin the customer service as well when I asked why they are out the kid responded to me saying oh we were busy today. They do an okay job here, I just wish I didn't have to walk them through how to make my sandwich every time I go. And I don't... mean made to my taste, I mean the actual corporate procedure. Worth a drive to South Logan where there is better management andoverall better staff and service. Read more
Overall, it seems like whoever owns this store does not care of its appearance. The store has some serious property damage. Like... loose tile when I step in their lobby. The wallpaper peels on certain spots. The bathroom is disgusting and is in need of aremodel. I don't feel sanitary whatsoever when using it. However, the upside of coming here is the AMAZING customer service. I'mtreated like family and I'm honestly surprised they don't have a tip jar. One employee mentioned they have to get onespecialized and no one has given them a tip jar yet. They could make so much more than what they're getting paid by the way theytreat their customers. I calmly called wanting a refund, as I DID NOT want to have my sandwich replaced and herefused. The lady on the phone, Laney was very helpful and respectful and did what she could.
