Incredibly rude staff, completely unprovoked they started laughing and making comments about my girlfriend and I. All we did was... walk in for an online order. Both employees should be reprimanded. Friendly and professional service. However the bathroom is much to be desired! Gross beyond anything you can imagine. I refuse... to describe it so as not to ruin your appetite.???? My take - given the closeness to the food service area, it would be verywise to thoroughly clean the bathroom before any health outbreaks! Read more
Unprofessionalism is beyond mind blowing. The girl that worked on 11/16/2020 at 9:40pm had no care for customers. Attended to... personal matters on the phone as I was trying to place my order. Food is like any other Subway. Staff guy is ridiculously rude , there was a misunderstanding about how many drinks I ordered he... stopped the line and came to my table shouting you only get one drink you need to pay while everyone had all eyes on me. Thiswas so embarrassing he didn't proceed with the next customer until I dig my debit out and got up and paid the $1.97 like heshould of understood me when I said one with drink one with cookie when he asked if I wanted to make our sandwiches combos.
