Ugh .. I waited a half hour for a cheeseburger and fries . Although there were many many employees behind the counter I still... had to ask if someone can please take my order and then after 30 minutes of waiting when I got it I asked for a straw for mydrink and the gentleman and I use that term loosely pointed at pile of straws that were behind someone else's bag where I couldnot see them and said "they're right there" and abruptly walked away Read more
With this Mcdonald?s, you?ll never know what to expect. Most days they get at least ONE thing in your order wrong. And even if... you don?t, they?ll make you wait over 15 minutes to receive your food. Read more
It's easy to place a mobile order and pick it up. It seems to reduce human error and misunderstanding, so i always order in... advance. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait, but the staff themselves are pretty quick and decently polite (the ones i haveencountered). Read more
Food is great... which is the primary reason for one to visit the restaurant. The interior is a bit dingy but pleasant. The... staff is capable and qualified - but rather abrupt at times. This might be cultural as I hail from Texas and this McDonalds isobviously a Massachusetts institution. Read more
Got unpleasant experience in this restaurant. Staff not paying attention to customers, working very slowly. A lady put my order... in the front of me, I confirmed the order, but she barely moved, slowly put stickers on it. It was very painful to look at atthe end of the work day on my way home. Moreover, all six (I counted) employees spoke foreign languages in the front of thecustomer, I found this very disrespectful. I?m for fun at the work place, but not when serving customers. I don?t eat here but for those who do this is the cleanest.
The line was slow and I was asked to pull forward to wait for my order which took an additional 10 minutes for a few... cheeseburgers and fries. The staff were friendly and very apologetic though. They are hiring. Feel free to stop in and put in anapplication so my next visit doesn't take as long ???? as far as quality goes, it's McDonald's. Read more
I feel like the speed of service is relatively good here but the employees definitely look like they do not enjoy their job. But... as long as their being nice and respectful my experience was good. And the food was to expectations. Read more
