Terrible service and a very rude owner. We ordered drinks when we arrived but it took half an hour before they brought them to... us and then they finally took our food order which took an hour... one of the burgers we ordered came out wrong so we finallycomplained, enough was enough. She said she would get the owner. The owner approached us with a big attitude. She was rude andtotally disrespected us as customers. She attacked with a statement "can't you see we are busy?" Honestly I watched our waitressand other waitresses just hanging out, I even waved at our waitress and she turned her head as if she didn't see me. We seennobody eating food for half an hour in the bar before our food came out and even the table behind us approached us asking howlong we waited and told us they waited an hour and a half and still hadn't been served. So instead of the owner being sorry andaccommodating she walked away from us with an attitude mumbling something. She could care less about our complaint. We also readthe reviews on the Toasted Monkee before we went and noticed one review complaining basically about the same issue we had. Theowner fired back and said her first question is "why didn't you talk to the owner instead of bashing us online?" Well we didcomplain to the owner and look what it got us... some of the local customers told us we should've went to Dennys Beer Barrel Pubjust down the road. We are just passing through town so we had no idea where to go for good food. So if you're looking for abetter experience than what we and others have had, go to Denny's and try them out instead. If the owner wasn't rude and walkedfrom us, I would never leave a negative review. Don't doubt the others negative reviews either about this place. Ordered lunch here and they gave me my fries for free just because they were a little dark not that I was complaining the... service was great. My burger was delicious, the fries were good and I also had a side of boneless wings I recommend the sweetchili. Read more

Great environment and the monkey skins were awesome. The fries were overdone and the service a bit slow.

I like it there and had a good time, drinks where mildly priced. I need to go back for food.
