I was excited to received my food. The lady who fixed my sandwich the way I liked it. She was also respectable. They guy was too... just had a bad vibe about and I was right. Felt sick after I ate it but a few hours later or next day. That's the only reasonfor my 1 star. Read more

I only purchased a soda but the gentleman working was nice enough to let me use the restroom. The store was very clean ,he was... very polite and the bathroom smelled decent. When I get a craving for subway this is the place I'm coming to. Its comfortingknowing a place keeps things clean..helps food digest better. Read more

One of my favorite subways to go to in DC. I work next to the 12th Street Subway and I will go out of my way to eat from the... Hawaii Ave team. They're polite, dependable, and have overall great service. I typically use the Subway app, so I never have tostand in a line. Food is always ready when I get there and prepared perfectly. I stopped here cause I needed a restroom. Had to pay to use it. It wasn't clean. No paper towels. When I told the employees... there were no paper towels one of them went right back to looking at her phone the other one handed me enough to dry my hands.Made no movement towards refilling the paper towels.
