Picked up some takeout this afternoon (10/22/22.) Ordered the avo turkey with provolone cheese plus a roast beef and provolone... also. The roast beef was cooked all the way through; which I love and kind of reminded me of a cheesesteak inspired sandwich. Inoticed they have lots of variety and also staple sandwiches on their menu . This was my first time ever in Potbelly. The young lady who assisted me was pretty rude to say the least. I think it?s bad... practice to assume everyone has been in your establishment before then respond aggressively when they ask a question. The frontof the store was swarming with a myriad of flies? to which none of the employees seemed to mind. This was pretty concerningconsidering this is the same area where food is prepared, but I digress. I ordered a turkey swiss and avocado with a cup ofgarden vegetable soup for $19.00. The soup was very bland, I?m not even the type of person to add salt to anything but thissoup desperately needed it. It might just have been canned soup. The sandwich was decent despite them forgetting to add theavocado. So what I had was basically a turkey and cheese on multigrain. My bad experience might just be due to the location butoverall, I?m not impressed and don?t see myself ever going back to Potbelly. Read more
Not being from the D.C area, I ordered my sub at a different location and went this one. The manager named Glenn (I believe... that's what his name is) was very understanding and made me my sandwich regardless of my mistake. Glenn didn't have to do this,and he went above and beyond. Read more
