Ordered through door dash and wasn?t happy. While the food portion was correct they didn?t give any of the sauces requested.... They are clearly on the receipt too. Additionally, no napkins and worse no silverware at all, a major issue when staying in ahotel. Read more
They have one cashier. The manager keeps stepping off of floor while on the phone. There are 9 other customers and the cook... needs the cashier to step around to kitchen so he can hear her. They only had one slot of chicken so the guy who ordered beforeme is still waiting. I'm picking up a door dash order and I've been sitting here past the time I should have dropped off myorder. Never got a chance to order. I stood in line for forever and when I got to the register they argued with me over a legitimate... coupon I had for the survey I took; and at the end of it she refused to honor my legitimate coupon. The manager's name isSammi. How can you be the manager and don't understand a coupon? I'm going to send an email to the main office to one of myfriends that work for Popeyes in the main office. I'm tired of arguing with people over these survey vouchers. They clearlydon't understand how they work and they will argue with you and make a big deal about a 2 piece chicken dinner ???????????? likeit's coming out of their little check. SMH Read more
Good food, it was fresh and hot. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Nothing much to say other than they always seem to be on rush although they hardly have long waiting line of people. The store... could be cleaner though. Update: The customer service seems to get worse her everytime I visit, due to some reason. The peopletaking our orders don't seem to be trained enough. Read more
