So I put my order in 15 minutes before I even arrived. I waited in the pick up order line as there was another person who was in... front of me. They were there to pick up, gave the name and their food was not ready. None of the pick up food was ready. Therewere about 4 of us standing there while the young man prepared her order which he moved so slow it took him about 15 minutes todo. Her order was not big at all. After he finished that, as two other people were already ringing on the registers just asslowly as him, he walked away from the pick up line and hopped on the Register. We were all stunned that he just blatantlydisrespected us like that. A customer behind me said she was about to say something after they finished with the walk in ordersstill being rung out. An additional 5 minutes later...so I've been in this store now for almost 25 minutes still waiting on apick up order, a woman walked up with an attitude, spiky ponytail with no hair net and asked was I picking up, I said yes ofcourse. She took an additional 10 minutes to prepare my order. Pick up order customers stood frustrated but all agreed, there'sa reason why they have so much security in there. The way they disrespect customers and ignore them, I'm sure some people havegone off in there. Be nice to your customers. Don't ignore them. If you hate your job, quit. There's so many jobs hiring withbetter environments. Overall, I will never return to this location again. I wouldn't advise anyone else do so either. Very good southern Louisiana style fried chicken. One of the better National chicken chain stores.

When I came in, there two women working at the counter. One was flirting with the security guard while the other lady , Ms... Edna, was serving one person with a couple waiting to order and me being the third person. After the flirtatious lady, which Ithink was the manager with long ponytail locks, finished with the guard, she walked back to her office like there were nocustomers in line, and leave Ms Edna by her self to serve the rest of the customers.
