Thankfully my bestie was visiting me, after our workout I googled the area and this gem appeared! My gym isn't too far from... here, so funds may start to deplete????.The warm welcome made my day! MANY options, and add-ons. I got the Banana Puddingprotein shake, absolutely delicious! My friend got the Tropical Thunder that was refreshingly tasty! We also tried a sample shotof the Cinnamon Toast Crunch, ugh I swear walking in here is a TRAP! Lol, everything was mouth-watering. Really deserves 0 stars? my boyfriend and I got recommended to this place because we were trying to start eating healthy and his... sister said this place would be good. We go in and the guy working there just assumes that my bf is only getting a shake andmind you I don?t have a fit body? at all. He only makes 1 shake and we told him we wanted 2 and he looked at me up and down andmade me feel like I didn?t belong. He got our flavors wrong at the end as well but it was no point in going back due to me neverwanting to go back there. Later on I look and these were just Herbalife shakes which I used to take? Herbalife only works if youtake it all the time if you stop you gain the weight back quick. I live very close to this area and every time I look at it Iremember this bad experience. Read more

I ordered a variety of the Basic Teas for the cast of my film set over the weekend. Thankfully the owner delivered it on set for... me. Exactly what I needed. Not only were the flavors absolutely delicious, but the beautiful colors are natural. I wouldn'thave had it otherwise. The teas were a hit and everyone on set loved it. I will definitely return. Nutrition 301 is the healthy cafe this area needs. Came in on a Sunday morning and was happily greeted by the co-owners. I was... told to think of them as a healthy cafe like Starbucks but focused on wellness. They were extremely courteous and graciouslyanswered my 1001 questions???? I tried the Summer Breeze energizing tea and enjoyed it however I don?t care too much for thetaste of stevia so I?d ask for less next time.
