They have very poor management and the workers can't speak English. They get your orders wrong and make you pay more money for... the wrong orders. The management think you are lying about your order that you have placed. They don't care nothing aboutthere customers at all . If l had to rate this McDonald's it would be a 1 . They say the lobby is open till 11 but its NOT. We walked forever to get here and we tried to go in at 10:40 and it was locked... and they refused to serve us in the drive thru too. Read more
Service was very?slow. I?ve worked in a McDonald?s before, and this behaviour was somewhat new to me. The ?homeless? people asking for change in the drive through was top knotch entertainment I?ll give you that, but the stale... attitudes of the employees could use some work. Also, cutting your menu in half past 12am when you already have the means tomake it is a dumb buisness decision. I will NEVER return to this nightmare of a not-so fast food restaurant. Read more
