The cashiers are extremely rude they were laughing at a homeless man as a little girl gave a homeless man a mcchicken and he ate... it , the cashiers were laughing very hard at him when they had no business minding what he was doing . The 3 Spanish cashiersare extremely disrespectful for doing that to a innocent man who just wanted to eat . As I went to ask him what he wanted to eathe decided he didn?t want anything due to the fact that the cashiers humiliated him . Staff is always rude. They don't care about their guests. Update: the new management team has made really big changes the food... is always hot and the team is better. I haven't eaten here but I tried to work here and the manager is TERRIBLE at communicating. She ignored my texts when I texted... her and told me to come in with my ID and ssn at an inconvenient time without any earlier notice. Made an mobile order and they didn't have it prepared. I asked if my coffee was ready they said the machine was out of order and... when I asked what now, they just stared at me and the manger refused to give me a answer and just continued working on otherpeoples order. Just left this location and the cashier was so helpful and friendly. I didn?t get her name. My minor son and I waited on his... order. The manager called his number twice. He walked up to receive his order. Instead of handing the bag to him she threw it onthe counter. I was so upset she did that!
