I ordered delivery through their restaurant for a specific time while at work. Not only do they deceptively use DoorDash which... adds to the cost, they completely ignored my timetable and the pizza was delivered a full 45 minutes before the event. It wasalso just dropped outside my work bldg. Please don?t advertise delivery from your restaurant if you?re really using DoorDash.Also if you?re going to ask when the pizza should be delivered actually follow those instructions. Not. Happy. It was after 4pm and no 'hot n ready' pizza. Had to wait about 10 min. Kids ran in to get pizza. Asked for napkins but forgot to... ask to see if they had any plates as we were going to sit and eat our pizza there. They came back to me and said the girl in thefront said no for the plates because she already gave us napkins. I was like ok, as I'm too exhausted to go in and saysomethinslg since we been grocery shopping now for over 4.5 hours. Let's just use the box. The pizza was not even at all. The pizza at this location has been excessively oily to the point that it feels like the pizza is soaking wet. Heating up the ... pizza in the microwave makes the sogginess worst. In order to make the pizza a little firm, I have to place the pizza in theoven for about 15 minutes. I don't like soggy pizza. Read more
