Inside store service closed. Drive through only. Man in wheelchair ordering from drive through (not inside a vehicle) took 10-15... minutes to resolve his order so line for days. Read more
I arrived at 6:00 am the drive thru was closed until 6:30 am. Please change you google schedule . I thought this was suppose to... be open since 5 am. By the time you open about 10 -15 potential costumers pass your drive thru. Read more
I have to edit this review. This place is perfectly willing to advertise falsely. These signs are already up, but after I... ordered and saw that I had been charged full price, I was told that the promotion isn't until tomorrow. The shift leaderwouldn't honor the advertised price, but insisted that I pay full price. This is on top of their insistence that they chargemore for a half dozen donuts than they do for six donuts individually. Each donut is $1.09 but a half dozen is $6.99, or $1.17each. Beware this place and its willingness to cheat customers. The donuts and drinks here are fine and about what you'd expectfrom Dunkin' Donuts. The service is inconsistent. Some days it is good, while others it is slow and sloppy. When I'm in a hurry,I have to be careful not to be caught in the drive thru for 10-15 minutes and the line inside isn't much better on those days. Read more
