Ordered 3 hours ago and it still hasn?t arrived. Stay away from this place! We?ve been on the phone dialing for 3 hours and no... one has picked up. This place is a scam Update: finally arrived and the box was smashed, the pizza was cold and one of the twopizzas was completely incorrect. We ordered a chicken pizza and a pepperoni and got a chicken pizza and a BBQ chicken pizza.Fail. On top of all that the pizzas themselves were flavorless, chewy and gross. First time I?ve ever written a bad review because I?m shock at the level of customer service from this location. We ordered one... pizza 90 minutes ago and it?s nowhere in sight. It took me 45 minutes to place an order. I was placing the order for my son who is in another state. I used my credit card to... place the order and then a message came up that the person receiving the delivery had to have id and the credit card on them.They charge 5.99 for delivery and ask to tip the driver. After I completed the order, a message came up that I needed to spendmore than $21.00 to have a delivery. I had donated my leftover change to St. Jude so I went back and made the donation $5.00 inorder to meet their ridiculous requirements. This Domino's is in Washington, DC but the same issues may not be the same in otherstates or cities. Well, I am not taking the chance of ever ordering from them again! Read more
