Terrible service they let people in with out mask in the middle of world pandemic and working with out gloves terrible.

Cashier did not acknowledge my presence when I entered. Then they were out of pralines and cream ice cream, she was going to... charge me $2 extra to hand pack it. But you're out of what I want and I pay additional for MY inconvenience? Then I wantedsprinkles on the side, she had to call someone because she didn't know how to ring then up. REALLY!?! Been wanting to check this 24-hour BR out and did on Father's Day. Loved it. I guess the late night service is via the walk-up... window. The parking lot seemed ample for the many establishments in the area. I will go back for my ice cream fix. Read more
poor poor poor location. they don't have soft serve or take the time to provide the other great menu items that the other... locations have. they keep the machine off and don't bother to offer soft serve ice cream. then my child found "ice" in the icecream which means they are serving freezer burnt ice cream. disgusting!!!!
