We were going to eat at Spanky's then saw the menu, the prices were ridiculous! So we looked up restaurants with one dollar... sign! And found this. Just 3 small blocks away! Best Clam Chower ever! We had Clam Chower that was doubled in price with nothingin it but cream, no claims at all, thus place wow it was loaded with clams, very very good! This place made one of the best deli sandwiches I've ever had. They called it the Beach Walker. It was really garlicky in a way... many people might find overwhelming, but it was nicely balanced with great, vaguely sweet multigrain bread. My friend took apicture; I didn't. We stopped in this Deli after searching on google. Before we left on the ferry to Martha's Vineyard we wanted to get lunch. ... This place was wonderful. We give it 10 stars!!! All the sandwich selections sounded so good, it was actually difficult tochoose one. I had the Turkey with Pesto on Ciabatta bread, my husband had the BLT on Whole Grain. Everything was very freshand so tasty. At first we said we should have shared a sandwich, but then we were glad we had a whole. The ladies (owners) wereso pleasant as well.
