Poor customer service lost my business. Arrived at this location in the dark at 6:30 AM. Did not see a sign for a drive through... speaker (located to the right & behind other businesses). I drove over to the Starbucks on the left corner of the building &pulled up behind another car. When it was my turn they were surprised I had not ordered. I explained that I had not seen anysigns for their drive through. Rather than take my order & ask me to pull aside - a guy - w/ no apology - told me I would needto drive around to place my order. Stopped of this because it was pretty close to toll road 45. Bathroom wouldn?t lock. Drink was decent but was surprised to... get my husbands that I ordered after I went to bathroom before mine that I ordered from my phone as we were pulling up. Barristas were nice. Read more
Waited in line for over 30 minutes told me my total was $4 something got to the window and was told it was $13 was charged 4.25... PLUS .80 for a WATER with strawberries only NO flavors and then phone was disconnected Read more
Total chaos. We all waited over 30 min while the 9+ baristas ran around frantically spilling and yelling. I am giving three... stars cause it was actually a bit entertaining. I?d highly recommend ordering through the app if you must come to this location. Read more
I?m close to leaving this place as I?ve worked here for a little over a year now. I love the environment, the management, and... the people who keep the energy so lively and fun. Additionally, this is more of a tip for customers: Keep bringing your fluffyfriends. It makes our days so much easier, and so much fun! We love giving out pup-cups. Not to mention, as an active customer(when I?m not wearing an apron), my dogs love their pup cups as well! Read more
