Please stop asking for a tip every time i purchase a drink. Especially when its just one 20oz drink. I find my self not going to... smoothie king because of it. Adding a dollar for every 7 dollar drink doesn?t sit right. If management hearing please pay themmore or something. Read more

This is not against the employees, I know they are doing their best and are probably understaffed..but the drive through... situation needs work. We waited 30 minutes in line for a smoothie. Hopefully they can hire more people, because the drivethrough is really convenient when it?s quicker. Also, it?s awkward when they ask if we want to add a tip?in the drivethru. Read more

Really don?t know how to feel about any of the smoothie kings in this area but this one was one of my favorites since they have... a drive thru and the location is more convenient but lately they?ve been slacking. Last couple of times I?ve ordered from thislocation my smoothies aren?t really the best consistency or the right tastes. On top of that you could be the only one inside orin drive thru and it takes a million years for just one thing. Then I recently went and they asked me if I wanted to give a tip.As much as I wanted to say no I didn?t need anybody tampering with my drink so I added one. I?m a daily regular at this location. The management Tim would provide excellent customer service. Today I?m very disappointed... with the staff. I ordered my usual a 32 vegan spinach pineapple. The young lady Eveny tried to give me a smoothie and I saidthat not the correct smoothie. She says yes ma?am this is spinach pineapple. Then a manager came to the window telling me that?show it comes. I explained to the manager it?s supposed to be green she says I went my the ingredients and that?s how it comes.Then I said well that?s not it then Eveny stated we can add more spinach for .99 cents. I asked the young lady why would I payfor extra spinach when there is none in this smoothie. They manager made me another smoothie and it tasted so horrible. Ibasically just gave smoothie king $9.41. Your suppose to taste the spinach and pineapple not chunks of ice it was bland. Pleaseteach your staff how to make a smoothie correctly. I use to live closer to the Stone Hill smoothie king. And would constantly purchase smoothies there. After an unfriendly visit... there, and already not Liking the cleanliness of the store. I stopped going and found this location, which was a bit closer forme. I?ve never had a bad experience with the staff, I hate that they are not paid enough, you can tell because staff isconstantly changing, but each one has been so nice. My smoothies are always on point, not like stone hill were you get hit ormiss there. Thank you too all who have been at the location and who are there now. Those of use who come in or go through thedrive thru, really appreciate your consistency in making our expensive smoothies! Read more

This location has issues. It's not the staff as they're pleasant even under the pressure of being the only one working during... lunch on the weekend! It's the store management. I'm not sure why but they're out of ingredients that other stores aren't andthey're under staffed every time shop here. Don't try to call the number on Google either... the mailbox hasn't been set up.Want to stop in and order... that's a no fly. You'll have to order online prior to arrival. I think I'm done with this location(maybe even make my own so I can have Greek yogurt). Read more

Ordered 2 smoothies, 1 small and 1 medium. They were out of raspberries for the small but added more blueberries to replace it... (they asked what I wanted). The medium they handed me a cup that was only 3/4 full and had smoothie dropping down the sides thatof course landed on me and the seat of my car - no napkins given. ???? This location has great potential in a very busy shopping center. I love smoothie king as a whole and a regular customer almost... every day at other locations. The workers at this location take five times as long to accomplish a single smoothie no matter howbusy they are. you will wait and wait even if your the only person in drive through. I'd also note that it seems they don't evenknow the menu. The other day other day I was in line for about 15 minutes to get myself and my son's some smoothies about fourcars deep and a young lady came out and told everyone they were completely out of ingredients to make any more smoothies, Wich Iwould believe if I didn't have previous bad experience.they turned down about five customer s online because they probablydidn't feel like it if you asked me Read more
