I had only used the drive through on my visit and ordered drinks but service was on point. There was someone working outside... take the orders and card payment...Very knowledgeable about the menu and friendly. The girl at the pickup window also went outof her way to make me laugh before I left. Overall a great place to stop. Read more
The staff at our local Dutch Bros is like family to us. They remember us when we come thru and are always so friendly. We come... here quite often. This company has replaced Starbucks for us. They have a lot of beverages on their menu and you can havetheir coffee products hot, on ice, or frozen. If you don't want coffee they have plenty of other very refreshing drinks ontheir menu. You should visit if you haven't already. You won't be disappointed in their products. Read more

Excellent customer service. I was having a bad morning - compounded by poor customer service at the nearby Starbucks that has... lost my business. The very nice & cheerful lady, standing alongside the drive through line was kind & patient as she took myorder. She improved my mood. The double espresso white mocha was great. My one constructive criticism is for Dutch Bros Coffeecorporate: their large (20 oz) feels like a medium. I wish they had an extra large option. Read more
