I drive between Chicago and Albuquerque often. Every trip, I stop in Hutchinson, because it's the halfway point, and every time,... I stop at this Starbucks in the morning. The staff here is always so friendly; they greet everyone, and wish everyone a goodday, at 7am. Cheers to this team! Read more

Very good coffee, and super friendly girl at the window! A little pricey as you probably know already. I'll go back for the... coffee and the friendly service! Yes the drinks were still good! But I had a bad experience today. Ordered two hot cappuccinoslarge. Took them home and the 20oz cups were only 2/3 full. So our "large" cappuccinos were only about 12 ounces This isn'tacceptable to me. Plus they really weren't that hot either. Taking away stars now. Read more
I think everyone has a preference for their hometown coffee place. I really like this Starbucks. The baristas are consistently... friendly and professional. The staff acknowledges you when you walk in. And, very importantly, the coffee is always very good. Read more
When searching for the little pick me up, Starbucks is my place to go. I live on that stuff and I'm probably picking up a mobile... order 3-4 times a week. I have been a consistent customer for some time to the point where many of the employees knew me by name& new my orders before looking at my mobile tickets. Now, there's not as many familiar faces which is understandable & not theissue by any means. Today I went in to pick up my mobile order as I do often. They were pretty busy so I waited a moment beforegoing to the counter & requesting some cream cheese for my bagel. The worker immediately seemed frustrated and annoyed by myrequest. She told me for future reference that the cream cheese was extra so I needed to be sure and ring it up in the app. I'venever been told that, or have had this confrontation. She said I cannot expect them to just give me cream cheese for my bagelbecause I need to pay for it. I was really thrown off by this as again, this has never been a issue or conflict within my manytimes picking up and being a customer. I understand mornings are crazy, but this employee made it a scene and made me feel veryuncomfortable. I apologized and offered to pay the difference which she denied and had other employees come over as well. I raninto another customer later today who just happened to also be in the establishment this morning, a complete stranger. Thisperson brought up the incident to me and continue to express how mad that employee seemed to be. I love coffee as much as thenext person, especially being a regular somewhere. Just highly disappointed in the customer service and how those are treated,whether you go in daily, weekly, or monthly. This interaction was completely unnecessary. Read more
